Short Promotional Disclaimer

Promotion runs from 1 October 2026 to 28 February 2027. Open to eligible Fanmaster reseller accounts. Make at least one qualifying sale of an eligible product in a calendar month to receive one entry into that month’s draw for a $400 Ticketek voucher. One entry per reseller per month. Full terms and conditions apply.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Fanmaster Pty Ltd, ABN 45 353 934 457 (“Fanmaster” or “the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 28 February 2027 (“Promotion Period”). One draw will be held for each calendar month during the Promotion Period. Sales made outside the relevant calendar month will not qualify for that month’s draw.

3. Eligibility

Open to active Fanmaster reseller accounts as at the start of each calendar month within the Promotion Period. Fanmaster reserves the right to determine and update the list of eligible resellers.

4. Eligible Products

The bonus applies to sales of the products on the nominated eligible product list for the relevant month. Eligible products are limited to the following Fanmaster product ranges: following Fanmaster product ranges.

5. How the Winner is Determined

Each eligible reseller that records at least one qualifying sale of an eligible product within a calendar month will receive one entry into that month’s draw. The monthly winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries — not by sales value or volume — so that every participating reseller has an equal chance of winning, regardless of size.

6. How the Draw is Conducted

The monthly draw will be conducted electronically using a random selection process, from all eligible entries received for that calendar month. The draw will take place within 7 business days of the end of each calendar month.

7. Bonus

The winning reseller for each calendar month will receive a $400 Ticketek voucher, made out to the reseller business.

8. Frequency

A winner will be determined for each calendar month during the Promotion Period (October 2026 – February 2027) for up to 5 monthly bonuses in total.

9. Multiple Wins

Unless Fanmaster determines otherwise, there is no limit to the number of calendar months in which the same reseller may be drawn as the winner.

10. Verification

Fanmaster reserves the right to verify sales data and purchase orders used to determine each month’s eligible entries, and to exclude any sales that cannot be verified, are associated with returned or cancelled orders, or do not otherwise meet these terms.

11. Prize Draw

The winner will be selected during the week commencing 22 March 2027, with the draw to take place between 22 and 26 March 2027 at the premises of Fanmaster Pty Ltd in Sydney, New South Wales. The winning entry will be selected from all valid eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

12. Verification

The winning reseller for each month will be notified directly by their Fanmaster representative.

13. Winner Publication

The winning reseller for each month will be announced within 7 of business days of the draw. The winner will be published on Fanmaster’s website, social media channels and/or other Fanmaster marketing communications.

14. General

Fanmaster reserves the right to amend or withdraw this incentive at any time. This incentive does not affect any other commercial or trading terms between Fanmaster and the reseller. Nothing in these terms creates an entitlement to a bonus for any reseller that does not meet the eligibility and verification requirements above.
