Hi Tony, Only just getting around to this after a busy few weeks. Customer purchaced this heater and returned it same day with electrical fault due to the cable being pinched inside the box. The box is undamaged from the outside. I replaced the unit with another from stock and have this unit still set aside in our warehouse. Can we please get this repaired or replaced so we can put it back into stock.
