RETURNS OTHER THAN WARRANTY
(1) A return must be authorised prior to the customer sending goods back to Fanmaster in a non-warranty return.
(2) Equipment returned for reasons except warranty will be subject to the customer arranging and paying for delivery at their expense and risk.
(3) Equipment returned in good order will be liable to a 15% restocking fee unless previously negotiated.
(4) On receipt of equipment found to be damaged, Fanmaster staff will notify the purchaser within 24 hours. Fanmaster will take no responsibility for goods damaged in transit back to Fanmaster in non-warranty return claims.
