Q. How long will it take to get my fans or heaters?
A. For the majority of our fans and heaters, they will be in stock and despatched within a 1 – 2 day timeframe. All products are despatched from Sydney, and should be delivered as follows:

Q. How do I take the chill off the air in our Factory?

Q. How do I cool down my factory in summer?
A. Roof exhaust fan set up with cross flow ventilation, and an air circulator to stir up the dead spots and eddy pockets of hot air.
Q. What’s the difference between space heaters and radiant heaters?
A. Space heaters warm all the air within a space, where as radiant heaters emit radiant beams that warm people or objects, not the air. Space heaters will heat a volume of air, and are suited to closed, insulated areas with low ceilings. Radiant heaters will suit areas with high ceilings, open doors and drafts, but will heat a specific square metre area.
